These Terms of Service govern use of the Back Roads Market website and purchases made directly from our store. Back Roads Market is operated by Rhodes Ventures LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on the site.

Store use

You may use this site only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content in a way that disrupts the service, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Product information

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, and availability. Screen settings and made-to-order production can cause reasonable differences in color or placement. We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue a product without prior notice.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable materials, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the store. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and can change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated or displayed during checkout. Customers must provide current and accurate billing, payment, and delivery information.

Made-to-order fulfillment

Many products are produced by third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment partners after purchase. Production and delivery dates are estimates. Separate items can ship from different facilities and arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Affiliate links and third-party retailers

Some articles and guides contain affiliate links. We may earn compensation from qualifying purchases without increasing the price paid by the customer. A click on an affiliate link can take you to a third-party website. Back Roads Market is not the seller of products purchased from those third parties and does not control their inventory, prices, checkout, shipping, warranties, returns, privacy practices, or site availability.

Intellectual property

The Back Roads Market name, original designs, written content, graphics, photographs, logos, and site materials are owned by Rhodes Ventures LLC or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially exploited without written authorization, except as allowed by law.

User submissions

If you send reviews, photographs, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person's rights. We will request permission before using customer photographs or testimonials in public marketing where permission is required.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhodes Ventures LLC and Back Roads Market will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, delayed delivery, third-party services, or third-party products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes
